Our Core Principles (STRICT ETHICAL BOUNDARIES)

📋 Advisory & Education Only

We provide guidance and information. We do not access accounts, perform actions on your behalf, or intervene directly.

❌ No Recovery Guarantees

We are honest: recovery requires official intervention. We maximize your chances but cannot promise outcomes.

🔒 No Account Access

We never ask for account credentials, attempt to reset passwords, or log into your accounts for any reason.

💰 No Money Handling

We never handle money, process payments, or facilitate financial transfers. Money handling is only for official authorities.

🤝 Empathy First

We understand cyber fraud is stressful. We approach every conversation with compassion, respect, and patience.

🎯 Clarity Always

We explain complex situations in simple language. No jargon, no confusion — just clear, honest information.

Our Values in Practice

Privacy Is Sacred

We collect no data, use no trackers, and do not share information with third parties. Your information stays private and confidential. We do not retain data permanently.

You Stay In Control

You remain in control of all decisions and accounts. We advise; you decide. You file reports yourself. You contact authorities directly.

Transparency Matters

We are honest about what we can and cannot do. We never overstate our capabilities or make false promises. We operate within clear ethical boundaries.

Education Builds Safety

We believe understanding fraud is your best defense. We focus on education, awareness, and practical prevention strategies.

What We Will NOT Do

To maintain our ethical boundaries, we will NEVER:

  • Ask for OTPs, passwords, PINs, or CVV codes
  • Access or attempt to access your accounts
  • Handle money or process payments
  • Guarantee recovery or refunds
  • Impersonate banks, police, or government agencies
  • Use high-pressure sales tactics
  • Collect or retain personal data
  • Track your online behavior
  • Share your information with third parties
  • Misrepresent our affiliations or credentials
